He is saying your broke a$$es shouldn't get a car they can't afford to properly maintain. The reason why mechanics always complain about BMWS is because they are not trained to work on BMWS (or Audis) and these people who can't afford to take it to the BMW or AUDI dealership take it to autozone or something and then have to take it back again and again bc the work wasn't up to par. So they are constantly fixing cars driven and drifted into the ground by young men who can't afford the proper upkeep.

Obviously every brand has a bad engine or two. With BMW they have many reliable vehicles. Two things that come to mind if the M54 based cars and M57 based cars. Some of the best engines they've ever made and they just go.

Then why are ther more german auto shops than shops that take any brand any type and fix them. Cause the shop owner knows hes going to make a killing on cheaply made expensive german cars. Who in their right mind would charge over 500 dollars for just labor on 2 front pads. A german auto shop would.

The fact that you need to be at perfection in maintain German cars shows that parts easily break if not handled properly. If you want peace of mind buy Toyota or a Honda.

Computer modeling software is so powerful nowadays and they can easily tell which parts will wear out at what time when designing the cars. They purposely make the cars trash so that you’ll buy a new one in a few years

This isn't accurate. Even if you drive a BMW exactly like a Toyota Camry (which many do), the Toyota is going to last WAY longer and be cheaper to repair. BMW's are expensive to repair and extremely complex. They cost MUCH more to maintain. They also have numerous issues like the Vanos seals which need replaced too often. It IS the car. I would love to have a Toyota Supra, but it is really a BMW and I do not trust BMW.

Asian companies make the best cars in every category. They are not perfect but better than any German or American manufacturer. Toyota/Lexus is top of the list every year for the last 20 plus years. Porsche is up there most of the time as well. But the rest not so much. Not all of them are junk. Just more units are then Asian cars and YES that makes them less reliable. And yes it says right in the MB repair manual that parts are only designed to last so many miles. Buy how you want to spend you money. Asain if you want to spend it on other stuff. German if you want to spend it on more expensive car repairs. 😂
